New dispenser slot is worse than all cardboard
The new top with plastic slot instead of all cardboard is awful. It is how to pull out a single tissue and does not let you pull out tissues at the bottom.

I love your ultra soft tissues and they are the only kind I but. However your new box patterns are very ugly and too loud. Please bring back the pretty older designs for us more traditional types. Thank you.

Hideous boxes
I have used Kleenex for many years. PLEASE change the exterior box designs. These are hideous. My only choice right now is to try and find a box cover for them. Ridiculous. After reading the reviews, looks like I’m not the only one.

Horrible Re-design
I am so disappointed with the box redesign. I had used this brand and size for years. The new color design is horrendous and matches nothing in the rooms I put them in. Alas, I have had to switch brands due to this. I honestly do not know what you were thinking.

Bring back the old designs..
I agree...as a 40+ year consumer ... love your Kleenex brand and your product is great but the boxes are poor..... and I refuse to buy your latest box designs... they do not go with any decor and the prints are to bright and loud! Please bring back your pastel and soft colors of your previous design... I also don't care for inspirations boxes as decor either. sorry.. I am buying others for now...

After 40+ years of Kleenex, you have managed to drive me to another brand with the new box designs. A box of tissue is not a design element nor a focal point. Judging from the number of negative reviews, it appears you may need to rethink your decision - quickly.

My Go-To!
This is the only tissue brand that I buy from!! They are super soft and don’t damage the tips of your nose after blowing like a paper towel would. I love these and will always buy them!

Box designs disappoint.
I’ve used Kleenex tissues for years. I try to by in designs that coordinate with my decor. I’m not a fan of the bright fruit designs that are in the stores right now. Bring back prettier colors.

Love These Tissues!
I recently tried the Kleenex Ultra Soft Tissues and I absolutely love them! They are great for a runny nose or even watery eyes, as they are soft, gentle, yet strong at the same time. I also really like that the tissues are dye-free and have no added fragrance. The new box design is also super cute, I just love it! I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I'm a softie
We only buy the kleenex brand in our household. They're really soft and they don't tear your nose up. These are great to have and carry on your car, purse, lunchbox, ATV's, golf cart, your pocket, and anywhere else you can fit them. They don't make your nose red from rubbing or blowing your nose so much. We always have them no matter where we go. Its nice to have them just incase you need them. My son gets bloody noses more than he should, so it's nice knowing someone will always have a pack with them.

Horrible new designs
I have used Kleenex as my preferred brand for years, so I would have rated them overall high. But the new graphic designs are hideous. As a result of that change, which is so disappointing,, I will be buying a different brand from now on.

Poor quality
After 25 years spending the extra money for. Kleenex tissue I am done buying this product. The quality has gone down so significantly that it is not worth the extra money. I called to inquire/complain and they said they would send me a coupon. No thanks.

Options in Packaging
The new jungle-themed packaging is horrendous. Neither the colors nor the patterns work with my home decor. That's the downside. The upside is that this forced me to look for another brand of tissues contained in a more appealing package. Turns out I love Puffs & Target's Up & Up brand. Thanks for getting me out of my brand comfort zone.

Terrible new 70’s jungle pattern
Not at all happy that someone allowed the old design to stop being manufactured. This new bright 70’s jungle pattern is awful- the ultra soft cube box are my favorite in the light cream, gray, white pastels/ purples/ grays/ - why change the pattern after all these years? Colors are so HAPPY
I LOVE the new fun vibrant colors of the boxes! Whoever designed them should have a raise! Why put boring boxes in your home? These just lift my spirit - and no they don’t match my decor - no need to. The one with the orange and yellow flowers on the green background is my favorite. Just spot on!! The purple one is too dark for my taste, but everyone likes something different. Make neutral colors for those who don’t want the fun colors but please don’t eliminate these!

Horrible colors
New boxes for the ultra soft tissues are horrible. They are truly an eye sore in my home. I realize some people may think they are great but how about offering a softer neutral colored box in addition. I am embarassed to put them out in my home.

Well, yes, it used to be the premium Kleenex but the last batch that we bought with a new box design is like cardboard compared to the last batch we bought. I may as well buy Costco brand! Is there anywhere I can buy the old formula of Kleenex ultra soft?

Unusual for Kleenex.
I purchased these Kleenex from Sams Club. Every box in the package has tiny pieces of Kleenex and every time you pull out a Kleenex the small pieces of Kleenex fly out all over the floor. I have never had this problem but every box does this.
